Meet My Class

I have twenty one students this year (so far) and they are so super cute. 13 boys and 8 girls...need to say more? :)

Since I work at a year round school, there is no need to do a lot of get to know activities, because they know each other pretty well.  The kids are grouped in tracks were there are two classrooms per track. Each year the classes change a little bit, but for the most part everyone knows everyone.

You have seen those classroom bingo games, right? The ones were they are to find someone who...  Well, I did just that.  I found someone who loves to eat chicken wings, someone who has freckles, someone who has a pet, etc.

Meet My Class :)
Told you they were cute... I mean adorable!

Last week was our first week of school and we were busy! I finished my first set of assessments (AIMS Web) and this week my goal is to complete some running records. Wish me luck!

  1. These are precious. I have 14 boys and 4 girls

  2. I love reading your blog because I am in the same boat with you. I am on Track 1 but everything is so familiar here at your blog. I can't wait to see what you are going to do for math assessments now that the quarterly ones are gone. Any ideas???? We are making our own and S-T-R-U-G-G-L-I-N-G! :)

  3. Well the Aussie Green and Gold colours just grabbed my attention on this one!!! Clever idea (that I will be filing ready for January's start)...

  4. Super cute! I loved meeting your class! I must use the classroom bingo when I go back to school. We start at the end of this month.

  5. Your hands are full this year with so many boys! :) Isn't it funny when you have years like that? The bright side is that you can look forward to minimal Spring girl drama!
