Observation, Valentine's Freebie and February Currently

After our crazy week last week, my observation was postponed. I usually rather not know when they are coming. It is easier for me to just do my thing. On Wednesday I got observed during literacy. Can I tell you how good my kids made me look? They were perfect!
I was working with a group of three girls on comparing and contrasting two stories. The rest of the class was doing the same thing in small groups. You could hear their amazing conversations. My heart was smiling nice and big :)

Freebie: I am getting ready to make Valentine's goodie bags for the kids before Target runs of pencils, erasers, stickers... I made these.

February Currently has arrived. Farley gives me a chance to reflect and I love sharing it with you.

I grew up learning that no matter what...manners were very, very  important (Do I sound old?). It makes me sad to see how manners are becoming extinct.  Say your please and thank yous :) It means a lot.
