I decided to check the rafflecopter widget since I JUST noticed it is only showing one of the options I posted. After some hair pulling I was able to fix it.

I have learned to type once, check twice and triple check the rafflecopter before posting. I am so embarrassed right now. Please forgive me for being so technology incompetent.
